Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on any items simply because of unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days and these must be returned unworn/unused. Any issues reported after this period can not be rectified.

Please note; our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our employees.

Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem.

If you have any issues with your order, products missing or incorrect products please notify us within 7 days of receipt & we will be more than happy to correct this for you. Any issues reported after this period can not be rectified.

Once your order has been placed we are unable to process cancellations, or make any amendments to your order. We will do our best to fulfil address changes – if we see your email before your shipping label has been processed.
